Return Policy
All Adha Zelma jewelry is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Because each piece is thoughtfully made, we ask that you review the return information below before placing your order.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:
- Unworn and in original condition
- Returned with original packaging
- Free of damage or signs of wear
Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
- Custom or made-to-order pieces
- Archive sale or discounted items
- Earrings that have been worn or tried on, due to hygiene considerations

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to availability and approval.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at sales@adhazelma.com with your order number
- Wait for return approval and instructions
- Ship the item back using the provided guidelines
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the
original form of payment.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.
Shipping Costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- International shipping fees and duties are non-refundable
International Returns
International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, and taxes.
Shipping fees for international orders are not eligible for refund.
