Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received after 12pm EST, on weekdays, weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Times

The adornments you’ve ordered are hand-crafted for you. Your order will ship within 14 business days from when the order is placed. We’ll update you once your production is complete and ready to ship.
Orders will be shipped via USPS. The cost of shipping may fluctuate higher than the estimated costs listed below. Once orders are confirmed, we will email you your final costs and shipments will be delivered in 6-8 business days depending on your zip code. A signature is required upon delivery.
If an item is backordered, you will be notified by email of its adjusted arrival date. Orders requiring special delivery, will be charged additional fees.
At this time, we are unable to ship to international destinations, P.O. Boxes, APO addresses or US territories.

We ship USPS Priority Mail, 3-Day Air, 2-Day Air, and Overnight (excluding Sat. delivery) to the United States.

We require a physical address as UPS will not deliver to P.O. boxes.
Estimates based on 1 lb. package insured to average product cost value. Heavier or more expensive packages will incur higher charges.

Fedex Overnight – $35.00: Approx. Time to Delivery: Next business day by 4PM
You will receive a tracking number via email at the beginning of the shipment.

Please contact Fedex to inquire about delivery delays. All packages are insured for their value, up to $1,000. Claims for losses or damages that occur during shipment should be submitted directly to UPS.

Please note; all our pieces are hand made in the Adha Zelma studio. If you need an item to be delivered on a specific date please contact us.

 

Payments & Taxes

Residents of the state of New York will be charged an additional 8.375% for NY sales tax. All payments are stored, transmitted, and processed exclusively by PayPal, not by Adha Zelma Jewelry or any other third party.
