Because each piece is handcrafted, orders typically ship within 14 business days of purchase.

Processing time refers to the time it takes us to create and prepare your order.
Shipping time begins once your order leaves our studio.

Shipping Options (U.S.)

At checkout, you may select from the following options:

Standard Shipping

$15 — Typically 2–4 business days after shipment

• Carrier standard delivery

• No signature required

• Includes carrier’s standard coverage

Best for customers comfortable with unattended delivery.

Secure Shipping

$25 — Signature required

• Signature confirmation upon delivery

• Fully insured for the value of your order

• Recommended for high-value or gift purchases

Secure Shipping is strongly encouraged for orders of significant value.

Complimentary Secure Shipping

Orders over $500 ship complimentary with Secure Shipping, including:

• Signature required

• Full insurance coverage

This is applied automatically at checkout.

Insurance & Responsibility

• Orders shipped via Secure Shipping are insured for their full value.

• For Standard Shipping, coverage is limited to the carrier’s standard policy.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient unless Secure Shipping was selected.

We strongly recommend Secure Shipping for apartments, shared buildings, or high-traffic delivery locations.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.

We are unable to redirect or replace packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages

While rare, shipping delays or losses can occur.

• If your order was shipped with Secure Shipping, we will assist with the insurance claim process.

• Orders shipped via Standard Shipping are not eligible for replacement once marked delivered.

Please contact us within 48 hours if you believe your package is delayed or missing.

Carriers We Use

We ship using USPS Priority Mail and FedEx for U.S. deliveries.
International orders ship via USPS Priority Mail Express International.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary by destination and carrier conditions.
During holidays and peak shipping periods, delivery times may be extended due to carrier volume.
